Mr. Al Maskari is the Executive Chairman of Al Maskari Holding and serves as a board director on select subsidiaries and joint venture partnerships. He is appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of Further Ventures, an Abu Dhabi based venture building and investment firm backed by ADQ.
Prior to joining his family conglomerate as the third generation of leadership, Mr. Al Maskari conducted strategic engagements in the financial, petroleum, and public sectors as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. He continues to advise and support governmental initiatives through mandates directly undertaken by the family’s portfolio companies.
Mr. Al Maskari sponsors philanthropic initiatives across the MEASA region through Al Maskari Foundation, his family’s non-profit endowment. He is an Aspen Institute Fellow and serves on the UAE University Leadership Council Advisory Board. Previously, he served as Chairman of Endeavor UAE, supporting and guiding high-impact entrepreneurs.
Mr. Al Maskari is a frequent speaker at conferences organized by the Milken Institute, SALT, and Investopia. He is an inaugural member of the Wharton GFA Family Office Roundtable, establishing connections and exchanging learnings with peer group families from around the world.
Mr. Al Maskari received his Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Yale University’s School of Management, graduated Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rollins College and is an alumnus of Choate Rosemary Hall.

Dr. Read is currently serving as a Director of MEASA Partners. Dr. Read is also the Chief Investment Officer at New York City-based 10X Capital, a venture capital- based investment company, since December 2022, where he is focusing on developing the company’s asset management business. Dr. Read has significant direct investment experience related to natural resources and financial services investments and has worked globally with firms and institutions across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Previously, Dr. Read served as the Managing Partner for the C Change Group, an impact investment company he founded in 2007. He also served as Senior Advisor to MSCI, held roles as CIO of the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation, the Gulf Investment Corporation, and CalPERS. Prior to his CIO roles, he worked with Scudder/ Deutsche Asset Management and the Oppenheimer Fund.
Dr. Read has been a resource for regulatory agencies internationally, state governments, the US Congress, and the US Senate for over two decades and served as Chairman of the Investors’ Committee of the President’s Working Group on Financial Markets under Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson. He was named as one of America’s 30 most influential players in business and finance by SmartMoney.
Dr. Read received his undergraduate degree in Statistics and his MBA in Finance and International Business both from the University of Chicago and his master’s in economics and doctorate in Political Economy from Stanford University.

Mr. Lejre is a senior advisor to the Al Maskari family, where he leads the establishment of the family’s financial services practice. Prior to joining the family group, he was Director, Private Equity at Gulf Investment Corporation. He spent more than a decade in McKinsey & Company’s corporate finance & financial services practices across Northern Europe and MENA.
Mr. Lejre has a strong focus on unlocking long-term institutional capital to sustainable investments. Through his participation in IFSWF events he originated the idea and concept for the Transition Investment Lab where he now serves as a Steering Committee member. Mr. Lejre has extensive board experience serving on multiple boards.
Mr. Lejre received his undergraduate degree in Economics and his Ms.C. in Corporate Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Since the founding of Mubadala Capital, Maxime has held a number of senior positions across the firm, most recently acting as the Head of Public Investments where he oversaw Mubadala Capital’s public market initiatives. Prior experiences at Mubadala Capital includes having worked on a number of private market transactions. Maxime is also a member of the Investment Committee of Mubadala Capital which approves all deals across PE, VC and Brazil.
Prior to joining Mubadala in 2008, Maxime worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Dresdner Kleinwort and R.W. Baird in London.
Maxime graduated with First Class Honors from Queen Mary College, University of London.

Prior to joining MEASA Partners, Mr. Mandouh served in various positions with PwC, EY and Deloitte audit practice in the Middle East and US markets. With PwC US, he worked with fast-moving, rapid growth companies in the Technology and consumer products sectors, providing accounting, advisory on IPO in US market, M&As including SPAC mergers and auditing services to ensure compliance with PCAOB and SEC reporting requirements.
Mr Mandouh is both a US Certified Public Accountant and a US Certified Internal Auditor and holds a degree in Commerce (Majored in Accounting) from the University of Ain Shams, Egypt.

Prior to joining MEASA Partners, Ms. Chitnis served as Corporate Finance Director for Safanad Limited, a private equity firm based in Dubai and New York, where she led the firm’s corporate finance function including valuations for all portfolio companies, played a critical role in the firm’s capital raising initiatives, strategic planning and investment management processes and was involved in over 15+ transactions over her 8 years career with the firm.
Ms. Chitnis also managed the Special Situations portfolio for a Dubai based Family office for 5 years with a focus on merger arbitrage and corporate spin offs in the US and Western Europe. Ms. Chitnis has also held consulting roles and began her career with Citadel Investment Group based out of Chicago.
Ms. Chitnis holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting (High Honors) from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and is a US Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and a CFA charterholder.

Prior to joining MEASA Partners, Mr. Jartby worked as an analyst at Applied Value Group, a Management Consulting and Investment Firm based in Stockholm, Sweden, where he had a wide range of client-facing responsibilities, partook in investment and fund-raising activities, as well as was active in the Social Impact work.
Mr. Jartby holds a BSc in Business Administration from Stockholm Business School –Stockholm University.

Formerly worked as an administrative professional at Al Maskari Holding, diligent, detail-oriented and with experience in financial and holding industries. Ms. Camba assists executives and managers on multiple organizational levels as well as in collaborating and managing multiple schedules.
Ms. Camba holds a Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy, completed and graduated at Saint Paul’s Business School of Law, Philippines.
